Abstract

Comparisons between Bannur lambs and non-Bannur lambs of Mysore slaughtered at 10-14 months indicated that Bannur lambs were much superior in mean live wt., dressing percentage, conformation, carcass quality, amount of bone, and consumer acceptance. Mean values are given.
