Additional Information:	Recent trends and techniques of biological search produces a huge amount of data. To store, organize and retrieve these all data global databases are inadequate. Because of these reasons secondary databases, community and organism specific databases are starts to arrive. These kinds of database contain well organized and reanalyzed data. Similarly, the present study in a new addition of organism specific database namely ASIDbase. Which is a database of Antioxidant structural information. This database contains data of around 250 Antioxidant information extracted from pubchem, pdb and other web sources. MySQL database system is used as backend and Perl-cgi is used to create front end. User can query the database with Antioxidant name, Pubchem id, Molecular formula and also with Molecular weight. The summery about the each Antioxidant also embedded in the database the user can also access this information from this ASIDbase database. The ASIDbase will be very usefull to the students and researches who are involved in the Antioxidant research.
