Abstract

Food grains that are well known and traditional in one country or region may be unknown and thereby novel in another country or region. Quinoa is one such grain which is considered as super-food, which is gaining popularity all over the world, especially in India. Due to various reasons, many people are opting for Vegan foods. Thus, the objective of the present study was to formulate “Flavoured Quinoa milk” and also a “Ready-to reconstitute Quinoa-Badam Drink Mix”.
