Additional Information:	In the present study, microbial decaffeination was carried out by using immobilized crude enzyme obtained from the cell free extract (CFE) of Pseudomonas alcaligenes. The CFE was immobilised using different matrices such as carrageenan, agar, and calcium alginate.
