Abstract

Measurement of the extent of corrosion forms an essential part of tinplate corrosion studies and canned food quality control. Very often the extent of corrosion is expressed as a concn. An attempt is made in this paper to bring out the errors than can occur in this mode of expressing by simple mathematical analysis.
