Abstract

Aspects covered in this status report are the current publications in food science and technology; the information needs of the country (India); and the structure and functioning, including the various services, provided by the National Information Centre for Food Science and Technology established at the Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore, India. Reproduction and translation facilities have also been included.
