Additional Information: | The Technology Transfer and Business Development (TTBD) Department of Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) caters to the industrial customers who contact CFTRI for technical/research support. Thus in a way, TTBD Department is the main channel through which customers contact and stay in touch with CFTRI. The aim of this project is to study and analyze the current Customer Information Storage & Retrieval System and suggest changes to improve it. This is followed by creating applications that can be deployed to implement the suggestions. Two Applications were developed for improving the current system: “TTBD Customer Inquiry Information” to improve the storing of data. “TTBD Customer Inquiry Trends” to allow trend analysis & report generation. |
