Abstract

This Dissertation / Report is the outcome of investigation carried out by the creator(s) / author(s) at the department/division of Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore mentioned below in this page.

Item Type: Student Project Report
Additional Information: Temperature regulation is important in Food Processing.Study of food materials at different temperature is required to know the properties of food particles. In this project, we construct a switch on/off system. This system switches off the heater when the temperature is above 120 degree celsius. The system switches on the heater when the temperature is below 120 degree Celsius. Various electronic components are used. The electronic components are soldered on PCB.The power supply is taken from plug point which provides 230Vrms.The sensor used for sensing temperature is Thermocouple(J-type).
