Additional Information: | SLM was developed by impregnating PTFE membranes into coconut oil and studied transportation of phenol. It was observed that there is no transportation of phenol without coconut oil impregnation of membranes, so being natural resources, cheaply available and non toxic oil is used as LM. The novel idea behind this study is newly designed SLM model which intend to minimize the pressure upon membrane so increase durability and no surface layer formation on the feed side, so resistance is also decreased. |
