Abstract
THE CIRCULAR PAPER CHROMATOGRAPHIC
technique has been applied by different
workers to the separation and quantitative
determination of amino acids1- 1o• But it has
not been found possible so far to separate
and identify the different amino acids using
anyone solvent mixture7,8. In earlier
pUblications from this laboratoryll-13, techniques
for the separation of different amino
acids from a mixture, using different solvent
mixtures, have been reported. The present
investigation deals with the quantitative
determination of the amino acids separated
by the above techniques
