Abstract
In this article, the authors have reviewed advances in Food Technology during 1953 in the
field of food engineering, processing and preservation of fish and meat, fruits and vegetables
and dairy products, cereal technology, microbiology and sanitation, packaging, food preference
studies, chemical additives, etc.
