Abstract
In this article the authors have reviewe1 the advances in F~od Technology during 1954 in the
field of food engineering, meat and fish, dairy technology, cereal technology, fruit technology,
oils and fats, antioxidants, antibiotics and insecticides, microbiology and sanitation, radiation,
flavour, organoleptic studies and packaging.
