Abstract
At the last Annual Scientific Conference a paper was presented on the
chemical composition of garden samples of North Indian Tea and certain aspects
concerning quality and adulteration in tea were also discussed. This year we propose
to review briefly our work on tea technology which is being carried out under
the aegis of Tea Board.
