Abstract
This Dissertation / Report is the outcome of investigation carried out by the creator(s) / author(s) at the department/division of Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore mentioned below in this page.
Item Type: | Student Project Report |
---|---|
Additional Information: | The present investigation was undertaken to evaluate the quality of fresh water fish visceral waste through fermentation. Hence, an attempt was made to optimize the process conditions like substrate concentration (sugar cane molasses) and incubation time using sugar cane molasses as the sole source of sugar, at an elevated temperature of 37±1°C. |
