Abstract
In studies on the chemical composition of passion fruit1-4, its rind (skin) and seeds have been shown to contain 12-15 per cent protein, but there is no published information available on the nature of the protein or the free amino acid make-up in passion fruit rind or seeds. The present report covers these aspects.
