Abstract
Boiling point of canned drinking water was determined. Vapour pressure related to boiling point was deducted
from atmospheric pressure to arrive at vacuum in mm. Vacuum was also measured by vacuum gauge can tester.
No significant disagreement was found in the two measurements of vacuum.
