Additional Information: In the present study standard unsaturated fatty acid Linoleic acid system was used as a model. Antioxidant activity was determined by thicyanate method. In linoleic acid Alchoho water system the amount, of peroxide formed during incubation was determined specrophotometrically by measuring at 500nm. Results show that the increase in absorbance is an indication of high concentration of product (peroxide) formed.
