This Dissertation / Report is the outcome of investigation carried out by the creator(s) / author(s) at the department/division of Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore mentioned below in this page.

Item Type: Student Project Report
Additional Information: 0.025mgkg-1 and 0.050mgkg-1 respectively. The recovery of 89.75% of chloripyriphos and 87.95% of phorate was observed in grape and cauliflower when 0.025mgkg-1concentration was used. Similarly, 82.85% of chloripyriphos and 84.95% of phorate was recorded when spiked with 0.050mgkg-1concentration. Decontamination of pesticide carried out in samples using tween20 and recorded reduction of 36% of chloripyriphos and 30.5% of phorate was seen in grape and cauliflower when 0.025mgkg-1 was used. Simultaneously 39% of chloripyriphos and 32% of phorate was reduced when 0.050mgkg-1 concentration was added.
