Additional Information: | The report is written in a view to introduce the reader to understand the process control in Retort by electronic simulation. The report illustrates the continuous process cycle of heating and cooling of the food which prevents the microbes and maintaining the food quality. The process parameters such as, steam, cooling water, vent, etc contributes to the above process more effectively to preserve the food. The electronic circuits used to illustrate each process has been depicted in the detail report with its construction and working. In this report, the process of steam, cooling water and vent cycle has been indicated by different colors of LEDs. The working of the simulation process has been tested by varying the timings using timer circuit. |
