Abstract

A NUMBER OF VARIETIES OF LOOSE JACKET
oranges are grown extensively in the hilly
regions of different parts of India and often
go to waste either for want of proper transport
facilities or lack of demand. The
present communication reports the results of
a comparative study on the composition of
loose jacket oranges grown in Coorg, \Vynaad,
Nagpur and Assam.
