Abstract

This paper presents some data collected from. a study with respect to the abovementioned changes in the water of tender coconuts stored at two different temperatures over a period of 7 weeks. Work on the preservation of the water after its removal from the nuts has also been done in these laboratories and will be reported in a subsequent communca- -tion.
