Abstract
This Dissertation / Report is the outcome of investigation carried out by the creator(s) / author(s) at the department/division of Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore mentioned below in this page.
Item Type: | Student Project Report |
---|---|
Additional Information: | So far it is mainly transcriptome and proteome analysis that has been applied to elucidate the correlation between genotype and phenotype although thorough metabolome studies can provide substantial information on the control of the metabolism at the biochemical level. “Metabolic profiling” is performed to monitor the metabolism dynamics .In the present study the metabolic profiling on known inhibitor fungal metabolite has been studies by using glass bead immobilized alpha – glucosidase enzyme system. |
