Abstract

The possibility of utilizing sun-dried coconut (Cocos mucifera Linn.) husk and pith obtained by wet reUlng for the production of thermal insulation boards has been studied. Insulation boards prepared from different fractions of husk and wet-retted pith under optimum conditions have been found to possess good thermal insulating properties.
