Additional Information: Shrink packaging of oranges in LLDPE film stored at ambient condition were evaluated for physiological loss in weight (PLW), visible changes on fruit peel, total soluble solids (TSS), pH , acidity, total sugars, fruit peel firmness ,colour and ascorbic acid estimation. Shrink packed oranges showed shelf life up to 6 weeks as compared to control with 3 weeks.
