Abstract

Th~ process for preparing Composite Protein Food-a highly restorative protein rich productwas developed and standardized at the C.F.T.R.I., Mysore and covered by Indian Patent No. 47580. The product has since been given the proprietary name of • Sustovita' by Messrs. Protein Food Products who have taken over the commercial exploitation of the process under patent rights from the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research through the National Research Development Corporation.
