Abstract

A few promising varieties of mangoes have recently been developed at the Government Fruit Research Station, Kodur. These include four hybrid varieties also. It was of interest to determine the physicochemical composition of these varieties before assessing their suitability for preservation. The data collected in this connection are presented in this note.
