Abstract

In the present investigation, the supplementary value of soya proteins as compared with certain common legumes (viz. Bengalgram and red gram) and skim milk powder to poor Indian diets based on rice and wheat has been determined by incorporating these foods to provide 2.5% and 5% extra proteins in the diets.
